An informal celebration at 8:30 am in
Fox Chapel is a blend
of contemporary, upbeat worship songs and favorite hymns, accompanied
by acoustical instruments. Prayers include requests from the people in
the congregation.
A traditional worship service at 10:30 am
in the sanctuary features our recently renovated pipe organ,
traditional hymns, a volunteer choir, and professional soloists.
The Lord's Supper (communion) is
celebrated the first
Sunday of each month at both services. "This is the Lord's table: All
who believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior are invited to share the
feast which he has prepared."
Children are always welcome in worship. A
nursery is provided all morning in the education building.
Personal hearing systems and large print bulletins are
available from any usher.
The 7:00 pm Brazilian Presbyterian Church service
is in
Portuguese, with English translation available. The service features
contemporary music with an inspirational band and singers.
