They will learn about the original inhabitants of the area, the Indians, and all the famous people who settled there including Frances Langeford, Burt Reynolds—even Bill McCoy the famous rum runner! You’ll learn about the oldest house in Martin County, Gilbert’s House of Refuge, the last remaining lifesaving station in Florida that helped shipwrecked sailors.
Lunch is an all you can eat buffet which includes turkey, ham, roast beef, hot pulled pork, coleslaw, pasta salad, chicken salad, garden salad, fruit salad, cheeses, sandwich rolls, carrot cake, coffee, lemonade and iced tea.
The second part of the cruise is filled with fabulous music, a DJ and dancing. There is a dance floor and over 3000 songs to choose from.
The cruise runs from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm with arrival time in Stuart scheduled for 10:30 am. The cost for this fun filled day including coach transportation, lunch and cruise is $45.00. Sounds like a fantastic time for the price.
